The Best Day

We are so bless to have such amazing girls. I can not believe how time just goes by in the blink of an eye. I'm pretty sure it was but just a moment ago that they were small. They are such good kids and they are great to find little ways to show us they love and appreciate everything we do for them. Last week my sweet Haylie found an opportunity when it was just the two of us and played the sweetest song for me by Taylor Swift. It's called "The Best Day" I had a lump in my throat and tears in my eyes. She made my day and I don't even think she knows it. Gordon told me she did the same thing for him a few days later and melted his heart. I am so grateful we are so close and I hope and pray it stays that way - even through the bumps that will surly come.

He's Just a Skater Boy!

My brother, Coby and his family came to visit a few weeks ago and I took my awesome nephew, Blake to our skate park. I loved watching him in action. He LOVES to skate and is really good. It was like watching Coby all over again. I use to watch him and his friends for hours! Anyways, thanks Blake for letting me tag along and not telling me how totally embarrassing it was to have you're old aunt there snappin up pic's of you! I love you so much and enjoyed our time together :)

All of our kids have been on the Honor roll this year. We were slackers and forgot the camera for Mallorie and Madison’s assembly but I did get 2 of Haylie at hers. (I know, someday I will never hear the end of this) We have been so pleased with how well they have done in school here. We got them tickets to see Taylor Swift the day after the last day of school in Vegas! They are sooo excited!

Awww Family Time ~

We headed home a month or so ago to say goodbye to my brother Brackon and his family. They moved to Seattle and we all meet in St George for some much needed family time. We helped Coby and Tiff move rock in their backyard and then spent the day at the park. It was such a beautiful day and we had a BLAST! Our trips home seem to sadly be few and far between but boy do we soak it all up when we get to!
