38 Years ~

I just wanted to wish my Mom and Dad a happy anniversary.They have been married for 38 years and are still head over hills for each other. I am so blessed to have always known how in love my parents are. As a child I always saw how the looked at each other, how they treated each other, and how deeply they loved each other. They are such an example to Gordon and I. My family has always been very affectionate and I know it is because we were always surrounded by the powerful love of my Mom and Dad. I am greatful to know that they are truly 2 of the happiest people I know. They are amazing and I love them with all of my heart.

The Men In My Life~

Well since I know my week will get away from me, I thought I would do a quick post about the amazing men in my life. As we approach fathers day I have been reflecting on My sweet Dad. I know all of you who know him already know what a truly remarkable man he is, but I would love to take a minute to express my heart felt love and devotion to the best dad in the world. From the time I was a little girl I have been in awe of my Dad. I have always been his little princess and had him wrapped around my finger. We have always shared a special bond that I am grateful for everyday. I would not be who I am today without this wonderful person I'm so blessed to call my Dad. He has taught me so much about life. To stay strong through the trials and appreciate the good times, to be a hard worker,to appreciate the outdoors, to laugh, to sing, to love. I can not tell you how many times my Dad has placed his sweet hands on my head to give me a fathers blessing, to comfort me and to help guide and direct me. He has always been a great example to his children and has loved us all unconditionally. I love you Dad.
I always knew that the man I would marry would have some big shoes to fill. I'm so blessed to have not been let down in the least. My wonderful husband is a great man. He is a fabulous father to our three beautiful girls. He loves spending time with them teaching them the very things my dad taught me. They are all so different and he has a special understanding of each of them as individuals. He works so hard for his family so that we do not go with out. He is understanding of all the "good times" a houseful of women brings. You will seldom hear him complain. I love you Babe.
I am also so blessed to have 3 brothers who are all amazing men. We all share a very close relationship. They have all been a great support to me through out my life. They are all great fathers to their children and work very hard to provide for their families. I have such great memories of my brothers growing up that make me laugh. I love them all so much!
I hope that you all know who much you mean to me and what an impression you have left on my life. Happy Fathers Day Dad, Gordon, Brackon, Coby, & Tyler.

Haylie~

Haylie and my niece Hannah had their summer recital. They both did such a great job. They got to sing songs from High school Musical and Hannah Montana (every girls dream). Everyone came out to show their support for the girls, we are so blessed to have so much family closes by to share in our kids special times.

Activity Day~

We had a Mother daughter "Dress Modestly" fashion show for activity days. It was so much fun. The girls got to pick out their modest outfit and strut their stuff down the runway. They looked so cute and learned about why it's important to dress modestly.

We went to visit our Gammy's grave on Memorial day. The girls love to go out there and sing "You are my Sunshine". I miss my Grandma and think about her often.

Tucker~

My Dad gave my Mom this cutie for for mother's day. He has been so much fun. The grand kids absolutely love him. We all think he is a fun addition to our family!

Mother's Day Gift~

It's been so long since I have had time to post so I'm busting it all out this morning. May turned out to be INSANE! I was so crazy busy with work, Gordon's Birthday, school getting out for the summer, I really could go on and on. Anyways I did get some much needed R&R on Mothers day. Gordon and the girls took good care of me. They surprised me with a new Bow. One of Gordon's Passions is archery. He rocks at it of course. Aside from hunting he is an amazing target shooter. He has always wanted me to share in all of his hobbies and he is a great teacher. He could not Waite for me to try it out, so after church I gave it a go. After watching him do it for so many years, I realised how much I have learned. it was a lot of fun. The girls all gave me sweet cards that I will forever Cherish. I love being their mom, they have each taught me so much. I never would have thought I would be the mom of three girls, but I would not change it for anything. I have the best family and I love them dearly!

A Man of Many Hobbies~

Grodon has so many hobbies, I can't keep them all straight. He is very talented and can pretty much do anything he sets his mind to do. This was another tri that he did a few weeks ago and he is doing one next week too! This one was special because he got his Mom and two of his aunts to do it with him. They all did amazing!
